Artist Statement

Photography, like life, is about the journey. For me, it’s the journey of

capturing the beauty of nature as seen through the lens of a camera. My

passion of photographing nature takes me from secluded forests to

suburban parks. It’s when I’m in these places that I become immersed in

my craft and wait for the unexpected to catch my eye. The unique

compositions that come about as a result of changing light and the

changing seasons is what inspires me most as an artist.
